My employer sent me a huge arrangement yesterday after my mom passed away. I received them late Friday morning. I immediately saw a bunch of leaves in the water. By day 2 (not even 24 hours after delivery) the arrangement looks like garbage. Flowers are browning and falling apart. The water is beyond cloudy. Iโll make sure I never order from this company knowing how little care they put into the arrangement to ensure itโs long lasting. Just spent 30 min rearranging this tangled mess with new water, but Iโm sure theyโll all be dead within a couple days.

Not the company to use to make someone feel better. Order here if you want absolute frustration, overpriced products that never arrive. Many "failed delivery attempts " yet my daughter's ring camera never captured this illusive delivery driver attempting to deliver her flowers. After 3 days of being lied to I'm canceling the order and driving to Safeway to get the flowers, and taking them myself.

I received something different from what I ordered and the card that came with my order wasnโt for me so I had no idea who sent the flowers. They apparently are unable to retrieve the message and card, which sucks because not only was it an additional charge but now two people didnโt get the message with their order. The balloon that was ordered is also not what is shown in the picture. For the amount of money spent this was definitely not worth it. I wonโt be using this company again.

This is delivered less that 48 hours ago. This is the 3rd delivery like this in 6 months. If you want to buy your girlfriend or wife flowersโฆ donโt order from this company. Order from local florist! Nothing says I love you like dead flowers. ๐ณ๐ฉ๐ญ

My experience with 1-800-Flowers was extremely disappointing. I ordered a flower delivery from 1-800-Flowers for my wife for International Womenโs Day (March 8). She lives in another state, so sending flowers was my only way to make the day special for her. To avoid any issues, I placed the order in the evening on March 6, 2026, and scheduled delivery for the next day. The flowers were not delivered as scheduled. I contacted 1-800-Flowers customer service, and they assured me the delivery would happen on Sunday, March 8 instead. On Sunday I spent the entire day contacting 1-800-Flowers support through both chat and phone calls. At least five different representatives promised me that the flower delivery would arrive that same day. Each time I was told the order was on the way. However, the flowers were never delivered at all. What makes this especially frustrating is that this was meant to be a surprise for my wife on International Womenโs Day. Because of the repeated promises from customer service, I kept waiting the entire day instead of making alternative plans. This completely ruined the surprise and the occasion.
